Orders
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. When your order ships, we will send a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Changes & Cancellations
We start preparing your order as soon as it is confirmed. If you need to update your address or cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee modifications.
Product Care
Each piece is designed to last. We recommend following the care label inside the garment. For delicate fabrics, we encourage gentle washing, steaming instead of ironing, and storing in a cool, dry space away from direct sunlight.
